We stowed the motor home for the first time. We have had so much fun in it. Our next trip is planned for late October. We are looking at traveling to VA near the mountains. Always another trip in planning.

We left Baldwyn, MS to travel less than 100 miles up the Natchez Trace. We stayed at Heritage Acres RV Park, Tuscumbia, Alabama. During our stay we visited Tom Hendrix stone wall memorial, Helen Keller's birth home, and walked a nature trail. It was a nice location to visit again.

9/27/2013 - 10/1/2013 Baldwin, MS
We traveled to Baldwyn Truck and Trailer Repairs in one day from our Knoxville, TN home. It was a longer trip in a day than previous trips, but we needed to be in Baldwyn, MS on Friday. We parked in the back of the company for 4 days without any services. This is called boon docking. We visited Mary and Jeff Mathis during this time. Debbie Keenan joined us Saturday and stayed in out motorhome until we left. We played games at night and grilled out.
Sept 30 Brenda, Debbie and Robert visited cousin Shirley Bonds in Van Fleet, MS. She showed us the old farm and cabin that they had built for their family and friends. Cousin Skeeter Akinson visited also. We returned to Baldwyn via Okalona, MS. This is the town Robert & Brenda lived when 8 & 9 years old with our grandmother and mother.

8/27-28/2013 Motor Home Pickup
Brenda, Jason and I picked up our first motorhome at RV One in Orlando, Fl Aug 27, 2013. We got a 2014 Entegra Anthem RBQ which can be looked at www.entegracoach.com It was a bad experience on pick up including burning out our Honda Mini Van brakes. A faulty install for the tow vehicle cost us a second day for repairs by RV One. All was fixed with no cost to us.
Our first night after picking up the RV was spent at Wackiva RV Park. The next day we spent at Automotive One getting our brakes fixed. As we were leaving at 8:00 pm it was determined the coach air actuating brakes were connected to the wrong coach system. This was fixed and we left at 9:00 pm. We drove to a Wal-mart on I-10 on our way home towards Knoxville, TN. Jason had to catch a flight Sunday back home from Knoxville.
